What Does the following follicular Study Indicate? 

Sir I had a follicle study today my rt. Ovaries partially collapsed follicle with elongated cystic area of 21×19 mm and my of. Ovary shows dominant follicle of 20×22 mm and 17.50×16.50 mm. Plz tell me is it the right time for intercourse as I want to bcme pregnant also tell me is it the right tym for iui treatment as my last iui treatment was non successfully Nehra

Hi,

The optimum size of matured follicle is 20 to 23mm. If the partially ruptured follicle is not supported by fluid deposition in pouch of Douglas (indicating ovulation). You should observe the scanning till ovulation is demonstrated. Unprotected sex 2 days prior to ovulation (judged by LH test). Till 36 hota after ovulation give good conception rate. In delayed ovulation, your doctor may prescribe injection to induce ovulation.
